Cancellations & Refund Policy

The Shop Social Lounge (Body Shop Night Club, LLC) is committed to clear, fair policies for memberships and event tickets. Please review before purchasing.

Memberships

  • Non-refundable once activated. No refunds or credits after activation.
  • Recurring memberships: You are responsible for canceling prior to renewal to avoid additional charges.

Event Tickets

  • Refund window: Refundable up to 30 days before the event, (sold out events receive an in-house credit. Email hello@bodyshoppittsburgh.com.
  • Within 30 days: Non-refundable, but may be issued as an account credit usable for up to 120 days.
  • No-shows: Not eligible for refunds or credits.
Event changes: If an event is canceled or postponed, we’ll email/text instructions. Follow those steps to receive any offered exchange or refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days (bank/processor dependent).

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Email hello@bodyshoppittsburgh.com with your full name, order/confirmation number, event name/date, and reason for your request.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

  • Memberships after activation.
  • Event tickets within 30 days of the event (credit may apply as noted above).
