Membership. Consent. Responsibility.

1. Eligibility

Membership and event access are restricted to adults age 21 and over. By purchasing a membership or ticket, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering into this agreement.

2. Membership & Access

• A current membership is required to purchase event tickets.
• Memberships activate upon purchase and are non-refundable. See our Cancellations & Refund Policy for details.
• Membership may be suspended or revoked at management’s sole discretion for policy violations, with no refund.

3. Code of Conduct

By entering The Shop, you agree to act with respect, dignity, and consent-forward behavior at all times. This includes:

• Consent is mandatory. Ask first. Silence or hesitation means no.
• Privacy is expected. Do not disclose the identity, membership status, or personal details of others without explicit consent.
• No harassment or discrimination. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, body shaming, or similar conduct is grounds for immediate removal.
• Substance use. No illegal drugs or cannabis use. Alcohol is BYOB and must be consumed responsibly.

4. Assumption of Risk

The Shop Social Lounge is a private membership club. While we take measures to create a safer, inclusive, and respectful environment, you understand that participation in social events may involve personal, social, and physical risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Shop Social Lounge, Body Shop Night Club, LLC, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damages arising from attendance, participation, or use of facilities. You agree to release and hold harmless The Shop and its affiliates to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Discretion & Privacy

Membership at The Shop is confidential. We will not disclose your membership status, purchase history, or attendance without your consent unless legally required. We expect the same discretion from members regarding others. What happens at The Shop, stays at The Shop.

7. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt services. Content is provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.

8. Modifications

The Shop reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued membership or site use constitutes acceptance of the current version.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Allegheny County, PA.

By activating or renewing your membership, purchasing tickets, or attending an event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
